Transportation:

While the mainland visitor centers in Ventura and Santa Barbara are readily accessible by car or public transportation, the islands are only accessible by park concessionaire boats and planes or private boat. Advanced planning is highly recommended.

Open Hours: Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary Weather Kiosk. Park is open all year. The Robert J. Lagomarsino Channel Islands National Park Visitor Center is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm daily. The Outdoors Santa Barbara Visitor Center is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

Closed: Visaisitor centers in Visaentura &Santa Barbara closed Thanksgiving & Dec. 25th.
