It was difficult to get a reservation for the restaurant at the peak time so we reserved at the available early seating.
the highlights of the evening were the superb food especially the foie gras appetizer ( the best we tasted). the wine list was extensive with special emphasis on french wines.the sommelier (? johnny) was quite knowledgeable and helpful in chosing the wine to match the budget and the food.
i wished that he came back to our table more to discuss the wine but the place became very busy. the level of noise was high making an intimate chat difficult.
again we felt the food was worth the high price.

Ugh.

Mr. mina is too full of himself and got others to buy into it. too fu-fu and way overpriced (in vegas too). bring back the compass rose (and dewey's while you're at it).
