Knott's Berry Farm A Ton of Fun

To the reviewer above: I'm not exactly sure how you expect Knott's or Disneyland to screen out visitors that you deem inappropriate or that are different from yourself. Theme parks cannot keep out certain people unless they are creating a threatening or dangerous situation. Goths frequent Disneyland as well. We were on a tour around Christmas-time, and our tour group got stuck walking through about 100 of them that were congregating in front of the castle with their mohawks, purple hair and oversized black jeans. Goths also frequent Disneyland on the infamous "Bats Day," where thousands converge on Disneyland. So, I would suggest you not send your daughter there either and make sure all the schools know. I would hate for your daughter to exposed to that.

Knotts so nice. berry farm

My 12 year old daughter just got back from Knotts yesterday where she attended a birthday party for one of her class mates. The only thing she could talk about were all the strange people that she saw there and how they scarred her.. She said the place was full of "goth" people and kids with excessive amounts of piercings and tattoos, and it made her feel uncomfortable. She was particularly scared of one goth kid who had white contacts in his eyes ...... She also said that the staff wasn't very friendly... She made the comment "It's no Disneyland".
As a parent, I don't want my kids put into an environment that makes them feel uncomfortable or presents a bad influence on them. I'm sure we'll never go to Knotts again and I'll recommend to the school districts that they continue to go the Disney for their school outtings....... As it appears that Knotts is looking at Magic Mountain as a business model instead of raising it's standards to that of Disney..
