Poor service, little attention to details

My friend and i chose wet dog because it had an appealing outdoor seating area. we were seated in a reasonable amount of time but after that things went downhill...fast! our drink orders were taken reasonably, but were delivered extremely slowly. so much so that another server stopped by our table to be sure our drink order had actually been taken. (which was appreciated) however, when they were delivered, instead of taking our food order, the waitress simply ran off and it was another ten minutes before she came back to order. by that time we had already realized that the margarita on the rocks that my friend ordered tasted like sour kool-aid without a hint of tequila. we sent it back and the waitress blamed it on the new bartender. the food was decent, but for a $12 appetizer, the portion was ridiculously small. we ate our meals and were never asked how anything was. this wasn't a huge deal because we didn't have any problems with the food, didn't need any ketchup, etc that would require a server's assistance. finally after we were done, our waitress came and cleared our plates but did not bring the bill. after 25 minutes of waiting for the bill i went up to the bar to take care of it myself. the waitress was nowhere to be found, so another server took my card, pulled up the bill and swiped the card through the reader, then handed me a print out of the itemized receipt. it was the wrong one and my card was overcharged by $100. the next day when i realized this on my bank account and called in to speak to a manager, i was told they were too busy to help me. i left my name and number with the hostess and am still waiting to be called back. additionally, although this is not necessarily the restaurants fault, the musician they had playing that night was terrible. overall, it was completely and utterly disappointing, and i will not be eating there ever again.
