Steelhead a haven

Nestled just a stones throw from the bustling pike place marker, i can honestly say that it was a pinnacle of my dining experiences, being that the service was exquisite, the restaurant architecturally pleasing, and the food worthy of all praises. the lamb was perfectly cooked and wafted the scent of lemons, reminding my wife and i of our stay in cinque terre on the italian riviera (the ligurian lemon cake took us there as well!)
the caviar pie was so good, visually as well and savory, that it has converted a reluctant eater to try the appetizer. i am a fervent foody, and sushi and caviar are some of my favorites. my wife, however, swore she would never try 'fish eggs." and yet, she tried the pie, and loved it! (same goes for the gentleman from texas that we shared the pie with, he was reluctant at first, but i believe is now a convert.
truly a place not to miss when visiting seattle.
