I loved this hotel.the rooms clean and beautiful, the food super delicious and so many varieties, the pools and beach breathtaking, but most important the nice, honest, hardworking good employees all of them, every single employee has a great attitude of gratefulness to have a job and to love their jobs. i want to come back as soon as possible, love it love it.

Not great

Posted by Cabo Babo  from Grand Junction, CO  on January 18, 2009

The food was not as good as we have experienced at other all inclusive resorts. it was hard to sleep at night because there was no way to buffer the noise coming from the halls. the pillows were almost flat and the toilet broke twice. the restaurants that you had to make reservations for were terrible, especially the asian restaurant, which turned out to be a buffet also. you couldn't really enjoy reclining and watching the surf because you had a line of vendors blocking your view to the water and you had to decline their invitations to buy stuff every 3 minutes; not very relaxing. you definitely need to bring lots of small bills because you feel pressured to tip for everything and you are invisible to the bartenders unless you have tip money.
