Omg! sounds like fun, right, a week aboard a historic ship overlooking long beach california! wrong! what a mess this place is...run down, depressingly dirty, shabby chic? (how about a big patch on your bedspread), one elevator for the entire ship! customer service? non existant! rude staff! management, even worse! i suffered a fall on the shabby torn carpet on the b deck (broke my elbow) and i can't even find out who insures this tub! no one will return calls from either me or the insurance company they claim covers them! beleive me, this ship sounds elegant and classy...it should be condemed!!! fast!!! on the bright side, there is a wonderful bus service to take you from the qmh to long beach restaurants and shopping...the best part of staying in this awful hotel.
