Cash and credit cards were stolen by staff
Posted by bruiser from Rochester, NY on March 22, 2009
Buyer beware. all of our cash and credit cards were stolen and the service was unbearable. the food was tasteless and it was really overpriced. stay at shutters. also, when asking for a make good- or if we could view the security tapes the manager said, "no. stay somewhere else next time." the managers name was alan and he was sooo rude. we were on the property when we were robbed. we filed a police report. we lost 3k but it does not qualify fro grand theft. for my budget it was grand theft. buyer beware.
