Bon apetit!

Of all the vegas buffets, this one definitely deserves to be placed among the creme de la creme (bellagio, mirage, rio)! overall, the food is outstanding. but if you try being more adventurous (meaning go beyond the standard "buffet fare"), you'll find some true diamonds in the rough. i was pleasantly surprised by the fresh and tasty fare, and i'll most likely return next time i'm looking to gorge in the center strip.
