Once one of our favorite buffets not just for the excellent price-to-quality ratio, but also because it reflected the excellent theme in its Indiana Jones-invoking decor, the Luxor buffet has been redesigned and renamed as part of the on-going de-Egypt-ing of the hotel. Dang. We are sick of neato modern classy already and want our mummies back. That said, the food is the best in its price range, and it is one of the top buffets in town. There's a Mexican station with some genuinely spicy food, a Chinese stir-fry station, and different Italian pastas. Desserts were disappointing, though they do offer a pretty large selection of diabetic-friendly options. The quality-to-price ratio is no secret, and, as a result, the lines are always enormous.
