In a nondescript mall just east of the Strip, Lotus of Siam serves up the best northern Thai food on the West Coast and probably in the country. For the price of a bowl of soup at some of the Strip's top restaurants, you can feast on Thai dishes from the tremendously talented chef and owner, Saipin Chutima. Go straight to her a la carte menu and don't miss the northern-style sausage with basil, green papaya salad or steamed catfish in lotus leaf. The wine list is remarkabl...

Amazing!

I really love thai food, and this is by far the best i have had. we ordered 6 dishes and all 6 were amazing! i loved the slow cooked beef in green curry, and really all of the others as well. i thought these sauces were full of flavorful and fantastic!

make sure you call ahead so you can get in. it is very hard to get a hold of people for reservations.

the decor is on the week side, but i like it that way.

Are you guy nuts?

Read reviews on los so was expecting the best thai "in north america". well, los would be a marginal thai restaurant in la. putting aside the dull decor, the tired waiters as being irrelevant, the food was "dead". the essence of thai food is that its alive and tastes alive. los tasted like the vegetables were pre cooked, the sauces tasted old. come on people, this is not even good food.
