You might well feel that Emeril Lagasse is omnipresent. This incarnation is a steakhouse version of his hard-core classic Creole restaurant; this ever-so-slight twist is just enough to make it a superior choice over the more disappointing New Orleans locale. It's set in two dining rooms; the left one is '70's den ugly -- choose instead the Neutra/Schindler-influenced right side.

Never disappointing

Posted by vegastraveler  from Rancho Cucamonga, CA  on September 5, 2007

My husband and i have eaten here about 8 or 9 times now and it's always been one of our favorite experiences in vegas. the bone in rib-eye is the most expensive cut of meat but always the tastiest!! the sides are all good too. it's a romantic spot for the two of us as well. the wait staff is attentive and on top of things throughout the entire meal. our wine glasses were always fillled for us. the sommelier always seems to know just what bottle of wine we're looking for! all in all, i give it as many stars as possible!!
