seldom have i been blown away by something as "simple" as bbq. adam's ribs is a lot of things, simple is not on the menu! brilliant bbq!
these ribs and pulled meats are the most tender, juicy bbq meats i have ever had.
i'm telling everyone this place is the place!
no wonder they have 2 locations, and a third on the way.
ps. ask for the rub and slo burn bbq sauce, they are the best ever!

This place is great. the waitress was very friendly. i decided to try a tequila (they got about 100 to choose from) and the bartender was very knowledgeable. the spare ribs were huge, and the sliders were excellent. my mouth is still on fire from the slo burn bbq sauce. ill be back

Dissapointed

I had the unfortunate experience of dinning at adams ribs on flamingo yesterday with my girlfriend. this was our first time at adams and i was expecting a lot. we were greeted by the hostess/waitress and promptly seated. we both ordered a water to start and an appetizer the onion rings. the onion rings were brought very promptly and were quite delicious. we then ordered our food and it was delivered in a very timely manner. i ordered the rib sampler and my girlfriend ordered the chicken sliders. chicken, melted cheddar cheese, jalapenos and honey mustard is what the menu described. sounds good to me. when the food was delivered mine was correct but she had delivered what looked like barbecue pork sliders. well she does not eat red meat. (i know its a shame) i approached the counter and asked our waitress if they were in fact the chicken sliders and she told us yes. i returned to the table and tasted them. hmm chicken that tasted and looks like pork? they were also missing the cheese, jalapenos and honey mustard. we then asked manager (i think he was the manager) if they were in fact chicken and he said yes they were. we indicated that they were missing the cheese. he went to the kitchen and brought back a little dish of cheese slices. he asked if we cared if it was melted? before we could even answer he returned the cheese to the kitchen and we never heard from him or saw him again. my girlfriend was very upset cause she was so hungry and now there was nothing for her to eat. well needless to say the corn on the cob was not that good, the garlic mashed potatoes were nothing to get excited about and there tap water tasted like chemicals. (that a whole other story). i will not eat at adams ribs again and i will never suggest it to anyone else either.

Great meal, great price.
