Sprawling off the registration and conservatory/atrium/garden walkway, this looks like every other casino in a good-taste Vegas hotel (but most notably like Bellagio's, down to the little shade canopies over the tables, though without the marble on the side of the slot machines. Pity. We like that fancy touch.) and thus is instantly forgettable. Excessive geometric detailing on the ceiling gives it the illusion of lower height and so delivers a medium-high claustrophobia rating. It's also perhaps the quietest of the major casinos, which is kind of a good thing. Since this is a Grown-Up Place, playfulness is mostly missing -- no machines squealing out "Wheel! Of! Fortune!" or other gimmicky and squeal-inducing sounds (and never mind a Big Giant Slot Machine), though we did overhear at least one slap-happy craps dealer exhorting his customers in a party-hearty way. All the games you could want, plus a poker room and the rest, are here, though good luck finding a blackjack table under $15 a hand. And we aren't just saying that because we remain bitter about that losing streak at blackjack.
