A top-to-bottom remodel of the former Aladdin has newly classed this place up with nary a hint of its former identity. The interior is impressive, classic Hollywood glamour, with plenty of curving lines and dramatic folderol on columns and the like. In sharp contrast to the chaotic entrance, the interior is actually much calmer than it used to be. Check out the imaginative slot toppers which usually proclaim "Double Diamond." All the usual casino suspects are still around, including thousands of slots, video-poker machines, plenty of table games, a high-limit salon, a poker room, and more. The sports book will serve food by Pink's, the famous L.A. hot dog stand, and you need not gamble there in order to nosh.
