Or you can slum it on the price and go where size counts at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville at the Flamingo Hotel. Head to the sidewalk with the hordes, carrying your 20-ounce cash-and-carry glass of License to Chill, a heady blue-hued mixture of Margaritaville Gold Tequila, Bols Blue CuraƧao and the cafe's secret margarita frozen or on the rocks in a long, thin plastic glass for $7.50.

Rude!

Posted by ml1973 on March 27, 2009

On our last day in vegas, we made the mistake of eating margaritaville. although, everything started out fine it ended very badly. when we recieved the check, we paid with our last bills that we had taken out from the bank before our trip. when someone, not our waitress callie, returned to the table they claimed we had paid with a counterfit $50 bill. they said they should call the police, but they wouldn't. we argued that the bills came directly from the bank and when looking at the bill they brought to the table it was clear we would have know it was a fake. having no recourse, we were out fifty dollars! i don't know if this is something they do often or if they had been ripped off early in the day and saw an opportunity to get their money back when we used a the same bill amount... but either way i would not trust them.
