The balcony off the House of Blues Foundation Room at the top of Mandalay Bay has one of the most spectacular Strip views in Las Vegas. It is a member's only club, but open to the public every Monday night. The cost is $10 for locals and $30 for tourists; Doors open at 11 p.m. Dance the night away after she says yes.
