I can't wait for that egotistical clown to go bankrupt once and for all. too bad he has lost so many people so much money.

Awesome hotel!

Posted by hughaudiogirl  from Sherman Oaks, CA  on November 11, 2008

This is a beautiful hotel. we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. after reading everyone elses comments about a lack of staff - i have to agree. we were given the suite after waiting 1 & 1/2 hours for our room. there weren't enough people at the front desk. room service was prompt - 30 mins. valet parking is $14 a day! the only thing that people might not like is the hotel is not on the strip - so you have to either walk or take a taxi to get to another casino/hotel. this hotel is better suited for families because of the quiet ambience and amount of space and amenities.

Nice to look at but service not so great

The hotel is lovely--lots of posh touches but i found the service a bit lacking. in am, we discovered room didn't have any reg coffee, called twice to request and it took them 2 hours to deliver to our door, later valet brought down the wrong car and almost made us late for the wedding we were attending. we waited a half hour for our car-no self-park allowed. also, the hotel is kind of far from the the strip and the road lacks sidewalks for most of the way--not good for walking in heels at night! no restaurant either--we will stay somewhere else next time in vegas.
