Not what i expected

We reserved a park avenue room. the decor in the room was shabby and the furniture was cheap in appearance. the bathroom was very small and the bed was very hard. we upgraded to a spa room which was very nice. however, neither room had a refrigerator a mini bar. also the hotel has a $3 a day phone charge which they do not tell you about until you arrive and you are charged whether you use the phone or not. excellent food choices.

Good bye memories

We have stayed at this hotel 13 times in the last 14 months. our last trip was 2 weeks ago for our 40th anniv. we learned they are changing the whole interior of the casino. they have started with closing the big apple bar and taking away the central park themed stream and bridge. all the trees and arbors are coming out...sad.

First time at the hotel

I'm not one to nitpick so i can't really think of anything bad to say about my stay. one thing i expect is good customer service. everyone at the hotel was extremly nice and always offered some kind of extra assistance. good times!

Adequate

I has all the right attributes; clean, good amenities, etc. but nothing stands out and room service was really slow when i was there.
