There were 13 members of my family staying at this casino. every room was not clean. when we got there our room was not ready so we waited 2hrs. when we got in our room we noticed the one bed looked rumpled. we pulled back the spread and saw a hole in the top sheet, the blanket and bottom sheet were wrinkled, and pillow had hair on it. the toilet didn't flush properly. we paid way to much for what we got. they also charged us a resort fee of thirty dollars when we checked in even though we bought our package in july. the so called fee was not implemented until later. we will never stay there again. we will also tell anyone we hear are planning a trip to vegas to avoid this place. a compliment is heard by one--a complaint is heard by hundreds.

Don't stay here

I had 300.00 and a digital camara taken from my room. the whole staff at the monte carlo are a joke. there housekeeping service cannot be trusted. my advice do not stay here, there are better hotels in vegas.
