I go there once a year. usally i stay in the tower rooms.they have been renovated ok. the hotel is fun and family oriented,it's not for people who who are ant-social or those who think that vegas is just for adults. they could comp a little more . just wait till they open up the city center then people will be complaining about the high prices especially in this economy. anyway if your going to vegas to relax and drink, and play games, the this is the place. but!!! if your really rich and a high roller, then this hotel isn't for you.

Just terrible, never again!!

We made the mistake of trying to go a little cheaper and decided to go to circus circus this year. my wife was actually nervous walking through the casino because of all the shady characters. there was no way i was going to spend anytime there at all yet alone eat at one of their restaurants....no way!!! as soon as we got up in the morning, we got cleaned up and left for the entire day. when we returned later that evening we made a quick dash to the elevator and went straight up to the room. i'm not even going to go into the hassle we encountered when we first arrived and our toilet didn't work and was making noises. the only good thing i guess would have been the bed, we both slept pretty well due to a comfy bed. but without a doubt we'll never stay there again, further more i will most definitely steer people away from that casino. pay a little bit more and get into a cleaner and much more safe casino.

Was a great place before

My husband and i used to go almost once a month to circus circus before mgm bought them out. it was a great place to stay - it was clean, the food was good and the service was the best anywhere around. when mgm took over the moral of the employees (some of whom we made friends with) went way down. the service is really bad. they are not "customer service" oriented. plus the machines are so tight they aren't even fun playing anymore.

Have to agree with others - this place stinks like a van full of clowns

Why can't i give this place zero stars?!? ok, the location right in the middle of the strip action merits maybe half a star. otherwise, forget it. it's a rundown zoo poor staff are so overwhelmed that they couldn't give good service, even if they wanted to. felt like everyone ended up there since it was cheapeset package deal they found online. well, we all got what we paid for. stick to the $.99 cent foot-long hot dogs sleep elsewhere.

What a dump. traveler beware!!

I booked a room on line. when we got there they put us in the manor, which is a notch below a motel 6. the entire floor smelled like an ashtrey and a it looked as though a few gang-member types were also lodging in the building. i requested to be relocated to a "non smoking" room, and all they had left in the entire place was a handicap room in the 1st floor of the manor. sounded ok, but when i got into the room, it was filthy, with hairs still on the bathroom floor. argued with a manager for a bit and got a refund. ended up in the marriott courtyard for the night, which was a bit off the strip, but very clean and comfortable. this place should be condemmed!

Dump

This place is a dump. you are better off staying at a motel. it will smell the same, but at least you won't be paying extra for the c-rated circus act in the lobby.
