Total adrenaline rush

First of all, i have to say, i come to vegas often for business and have gone on the baja chase twice. in our group we had some loser who kept taking off and not following his guide and damaged a buggy, so yeah i could see why they charged him. i've only had good experiences with sun buggy. we had seven in our group but we had two guides so it's not as chaotic and unorganized as someone made it sound. you get a little bounced around, but it is suppose to be an intense thrill ride, next time when you call ask for a granny tour if you're that delicate and i'm sure they'll accommodate you. but really if you want to go out there and have fun on the dunes, give these guys a chance, i intend to go back again, plus they have good looking guides!

Couldn't agree more

An absolute garbage experience, from start to finish. the buggies are pieces of junk, poorly built and no padding on the seats. my body was wracked with bruises for over a week.
and when you get the repair bill (4 figures) to weld cracks that occured on areas that had clearly been welded in the past, you truly feel like a chump.
this company will place your life in danger with its unethical, unsafe, and quite frankly unconscionable policies. the most caring advice i can offer anyone reading this is to skip this most unsatisfying experience and do any of the other 1 million fun things there are to do in vegas or california.

Fun, till they screw you!

The tour itself wasn't the problem. it was afterwards when 3 people in my group got their credit card bills and noticed damage charges of over $1000 each. when we inquired with the business, they said we were rough on the cars, going places where we couldn't go, causing damage.
1st of all, when you have a line of 8-9 buggies all trying to navigate the course (with no markings, you're just out in the middle of the desert) it's easy to make a wrong turn when you literally have a few feet of visibility before the next dune. yeah, you might end off going off a large dropoff (how safe is that?) but it doesn't mean you were doing it intentionally...which we weren't.
next, why would they say nothing and then just bill you? surprise!!! maybe you are less likely to fight it. maybe some idiots actually pay it? wouldn't the ethical thing to do be to insect upon return and settle any issues on the spot?
and let's say there is damage...does a welding here and there really constitute a four figure charge, as high as $1600 in one case? no way. and our credit card companies agreed, thank god.
we were just a bunch of friends looking for fun, and sun buggy turned our outing into a stressful nightmare. i should bill them for the loss of sleep in incurred while trying to figure out where in the heck i was going to find an extra $1200 in case the credit card company didn't see it my way. thankfully, after a drawn out, time consuming process it didn't happen.

Save your money

Not worth it besides total lack of professionalism i overheard racial slurs from the owner i do not reccomend this for anyone save your money and just buy a dune buggy you'll end up paying for one after they ring up the charges for damages on the poor quality buggys
