In searching the web i saw your posting about your bad experience with maverick. i was shocked when i read this as our goal it to make sure all guest enjoy any of the maverick helicopter tours as a tour of a lifetime. i am requesting that you contact me through our reservation department at your earliest convenience so i can resolve this bad experience.

We paid our us$109 and boarded the helicopter with excited anticipation of great views of the las vegas strip... we couldn't have landed more disappointed. the pilot flew a left hand pattern up one side of the strip and then down the other, once again with the strip on the left hand side. sitting at the rear right hand side of the helicopter, my friend and i saw absolutely nothing! as a former joy-flight pilot myself, i think this was appalling. we complained to the manager but his only solution was for us to take the flight again sitting on the left side of the helicopter, but we would have to pay again!! unless have an guarantee to sit on the left side of the helicopter, don't even consider giving maverick a call. a complete rip off.
