There was a quick run over to Liliha Bakery for coco puffs. Matthew Gray [of Hawaii Food Tours] seems to take delight in cautioning his groups that these cream puff shells, filled with buttery chocolate and crowned with a Chantilly frosting of butter, egg yolks, sugar and evaporated milk, are so rich that he felt compelled to study CPR so as to revive anyone who swooned over the heavenly taste.
