The menu dazzles quietly with its Mediterranean-inspired offerings and fresh local ingredients. Polenta, charred peppers, Kauai asparagus, organic Kauai vegetables, risottos, ragouts, grilled fresh fish, and vegetable napoleons are colorful and tasty, and beautifully presented.
