Ambience beyond compare

While the food is merely passable at this historic cafe, the sense of destination -- both in the historical past and the modern-day present -- is palpable. it's one of those restaurants that everyone appears to be thrilled simply to be there and to included in the throng. incredible people-watching, and not a huge tourist contingent either!
