New York’s boutique Hotel Gansevoort has opened a southern outpost in Miami Beach this month, Gansevoort South in Miami Beach's in the Mid-Beach area.

The same New York team stylized the first 187-room Gansevoort in the Big Apple’s meatpacking district.
