The gates in front of the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa may be Vegas-glitzy, but this is actually a sophisticated, soothing place to spend the day. At the St. Regis, a regular Jane can hand the valet the car keys and walk a few steps to the hair salon, boutique or Spa Gaucin, where $20 buys access to the facilities, indoors and out.
