The Spice Girls do Vegas

If you’re going to miss the Spice Girl reunion tour this week in Los Angeles — or you just have to see them again — pop on over to Vegas, baby! They’re coming to the Mandalay Bay Event Center Dec. 8, 9 and 11, 2007. In other Spice Girls travel-related news, don’t forget Wednesday is the last day to partake in the name a Virgin jet after the Spice Girls contest.

Spice Girls tickets: Prices through Ticketmaster start at $75/person before taxes and go up to $133/person. They still have availability and two tickets for the best available seats on Ticketmaster go for $301 for the pair including their convenience charge.

Deal: If you want to stay at Mandalay Bay after seeing the show, the cheapest night to go is Dec. 9, 2007, with one of their new redesigned rooms starting at $119 ($131 after tax). If you want a room with a Strip view, prices start at $139 (pre-tax). Note that their “Winter Delight” promotion includes one of their redesigned rooms for $110/night and the third night is free, but unfortunately they’re sold out on Dec. 10 and 11, so the promotion rate is unavailable during the Spice Girls concert dates.
