Spin the bottle with W Los Angeles-Westwood

W Los AngelesYou love W hotels for their sleek, modern style — and they love creating fun stay and play packages. This Valentine’s Day, consider staying in-town. W Los Angeles-Westwood offers a “Feel the Wuv” package complete with Champagne, bonbons and Jimmyjane massage lotions and finger paints and, of course, late (2 p.m.) check out.

Deal or no deal? On Valentine’s Day the W Los Angeles-Westwood “Feel the Wuv” package starts at $419 or $478 after taxes. They will also be playing “Spin Me” in the Whiskey Blue with a Jimmyjane bottle of fun and seductive adventure suggestions. A limited number of bottles will be given out to hotel guests, but non-guests can order their own bottle online at a W Store for $35. A special dinner for two will also be available at the W’s NineThirty restaurant for an additional fee.

The promotional price for this package starts at $289 (pre-tax) based on availability. Use promo code “FTW” to get the special until April 13, 2008. When I surfed, $369 (pre-tax) on March 7, 2008, was the cheapest I could find.

Tip: If you’re staying at a W hotel Feb. 14- 17, 2008, ask for the “Sex in the Sheets” special. For $65 In-Room Dining will bring you ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and strawberries to play with and some disposable sheets to go with the fun so you can return to your clean comfy bed.

Caveat: Valet service at the W Los Angeles will cost you $31 overnight.

Connect/Disconnect: There’s free wireless Internet access in the Living Room, but it will cost you $14.95/day in your room.

When: “Feel the Wuv” is available starting Valentine’s Day, but also through April 13, 2008.
