Snow report: Global ski and powder update

OnTheSnow logo Have you seen OnTheSnow.com? It’s a global snow report and ski deal website that I instantly became a fan of. It has ski resort info, snowfall reports and yes—deals—for mountains across the U.S., all over Europe and even the Southern Hemisphere. My favorite feature is the “24 Hour Snowfall” report that lists the Top 10 areas that received snowfall in the last 48 hours or 72 hours. For a broader range of information, check out Southern California vs. Utah or start day dreaming about a specific ski resort in France like Chamonix.

Deals: There are deals peppered throughout the site, under their own tab and on individual resort pages. For example, Mammoth has a “First Tracks” package.

Tip: Keep up with the blogs and videos while more snow falls in the coming winter months.

I’ve been visiting OnTheSnow for years. Great site. We like being able to compare the snow each resort gets. before deciding where to go. I wrote to them regarding conditions last year and got an immediate reply from a real person. Very cool…
