Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo will add two new haunted mazes and a zombie-themed scare zone for Fright Fest 2009.
The San Francisco Bay area amusement park-marine park-zoo will also bring back some Halloween favorites:
* Several spookified animal shows
* The ever-popular Wheel of Fright (contestants eat cockroaches, night crawlers and meal worms)
* A nightly funeral procession (culminating in a “Thriller” dance tribute to Michael Jackson)
The two haunted mazes:
* Bayou Hazard (picnic grove area)
* Holiday House of Horrors (bumper cars area)
The zombie scare zone will take over the Monsoon Falls area of the park.
Fright Fest 2009 will run Fridays through Sundays at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom from Oct. 2-Nov. 1. The Halloween event is included in the price of regular admission but the mazes require an up-charge wristband.

after we got out we were chased again by a different zombie!! lol i didn’t scream, all i could do was say, “um…hello”
I highly recommend the mazes :D
