Hotel news | It shouldn’t be a surprise that hotel rates have gone up this year over last year. But what do you think the average daily rates are for Anaheim, Los Angeles/Long Beach, San Diego, San Francisco and Oahu, Hawaii? Believe it of not, it’s cheaper to stay closer to home. Their latest post grabbed my attention — 10 Seriously Unusual & Outlandishly Weird Asian Hotels. Would you spend $50,000 to stay in a hotel shaped like a toilet? The Flush Hotel, a.k.a. Haewoojae in Suwon, South Korea, is on their list. If you stay there some of your money will go toward providing toilets in countries that are in need of better toilet facilities.
