Ahoy, mateys! Are ye doing anything special for International Talk Like a Pirate Day? You might want to take the wee buccaneers out to a museum or treat yourself to some end-of-the-day grog. Avast! Here are places where you can don your eye patch in Santa Barbara and Las Vegas. Aye, you don’t have to go to Davy Jones’s locker to party like a pirate. Use your pirate lingo at nautically themed bars and restaurants where you can walk the plank in Los Angeles.

Local transportation | A crash this morning between a Metro Blue Line train and a bus downtown (near Washington Boulevard and Griffith Avenue) is causing delays on the Blue Line.
