Local | The Los Angeles County Irish Fair & Music Festival  will take place this weekend at the Pomona Fairplex, 1101 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona. Cathay Pacific has apologized to its customer whose major tantrum at Hong Kong International Airport over a missed flight was caught on tape by an employee and then put up on YouTube. Although the airline worker was not the one to put the video up on YouTube, the three-minute video, “A woman missed her flight at the boarding gate HKIA” has already had nearly 5 million views.
