Q&A: Trouble getting refunds from Maxjet?

Maxjet logoDuring the holidays, Maxjet Airways, the all-business-class airline, stopped operations as it sought bankruptcy protection.

We’ve been hearing that some passengers have been having trouble getting their refunds. Here’s a comment that came in and some additional info on where to go if you’re finding yourself without enough Maxjet support.

Q. I had booked with Maxjet, by credit card for a flight to New York in February. I requested a refund from my credit card provider but they are asking me to contact the liquidators. Please, do you have the liquidator’s name and contact number? Thanking you in anticipation. Regards, Ann
