Phoenix is a slam-dunk for the NBA All-Star Game

Kobe will be there. And so will LeBron. And, no doubt, Yao too.

If you are going to join these Hall of Fame hopefuls at the National Basketball Assn.’s All-Star weekend in Phoenix Feb. 13 to 15, you will certainly have lots to see and do — all of it basketball-related.

But in case you overdose on dunks, fast breaks and alley-oops, check out the list of fun stuff to do around Phoenix that we put together for 2008’s Superbowl.

Sure, you can golf in Phoenix. The place is lousy with golf courses.

But we found Phoenix has a great choice of eateries, nightclubs, some cool outdoor hiking spots and a quirky castle that you can’t miss.
