This weekend, Watson Adventures is hosting “Naked” scavenger hunts in Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. As a way to celebrate Valentine’s Day, the company is having a weekend of hunting for nudity in art at the Getty Center. You don’t have to be an art buff to participate. And—darn it—you don’t even get to be in the buff, either.
This would be infinitely cooler if you could at least walk around topless while on your search—just think of the sexy thoughts it could spark between a couple. For the romantics, the hunt is capped off with spending time in the mountaintop gardens at sunset.
When: Saturday, Feb. 16, at 4:30 p.m.
Where: The Getty Center Los Angeles
Cost: $17.50
Contact: Watson Adventures, 877-9-GO HUNT (877-946-4868)
Tip: Why not top your night off with a drink or dinner at the Restaurant at the Getty? The Guide reports that prices are high, but the views might be worth it.
I’ve always wanted to participate in a Watson Adventure—there are both public and private hunts going on all the time. If this weekend doesn’t work with your schedule, check out the calendar of upcoming scavenger hunts in Los Angeles. Some of the hunts include the Hooray for Hollywood Scavenger Hunt, the LACMA Mania Scavenger Hunt, the Artful Dodgers Family Scavenger Hunt, the Museum of Natural Hysteria Family Scavenger Hunt, the Santa Monica Pier Pressure Scavenger Hunt and more.
