Live Luggage calls it a Power Assisted Suitcase. I call it never having to lug your bag the long length of an international train terminal to get to the very last car where your seat happens to be. The same annoying lugging would be a relief at never-ending airport terminals.
What: Live Luggage Power Assisted Series
How: It uses an anti-gravity handle that puts 85% of the weight over the wheels. There are pressure sensors in the handle that monitor how hard the traveler is pulling and then it sets the wheels to compensate.

Battery: The battery has about two hours of life but recharges itself when the suitcase is moving. It also has a separate charger with a multi-adapter.
Height and weight: 33 inches, 24 pounds
More info: Watch the interactive video tour
Cost: $1,365.25
