Luxe romantic getaway: Rosewood Resorts offers 20% discounts

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, with splendid and expensive properties such as The Carlyle in New York and CordeValle in San Martin, Calif. (pictured),  is offering 20% off two-night stays in a “Sadie Hawkins Day” package. At select properties in the chain, couples will receive breakfast in bed and complimentary couples massages, and in the case of CordeValle — dinner for two at Il Vigneto.

This is a rare deal for Rosewood, which rarely discounts prices like this, though the packages remain on the high end, starting at $670 and topping out at $2,500 for two nights.

When: The offer runs Nov. 14 through Dec. 15. Restrictions and blackout dates apply.
