From the Hilton sisters to a Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club launch, here are my fave picks for partying with celebrities on New Year’s Eve in Sin City. this is great but i refuse to believe mariah carey is a b-list celeb! i spent all of the 90s in the closet as a mariah fan and when i finally came out, it was so worth it. :) However, K-Fed and BSB…totally D-list.

Jay~Z’s grand opening nite at the 40/40 was tha Sh @ t!! We had a ball!! It’s the 4th and I’m still talking about it Kudos to you Jay~Z!!
