EXPIRED Las Vegas: Spirit Air’s Strip hotel deals

Who cares if you can’t cash in on the cheap Florida departure deals that Spirit is known for—they’ve got hotel deals, too! Today’s Spirit Top Picks put you right in the heart of all the Strip action. Grab a room on the four corners at Caesars or Flamingo.

Deals: Stay at Caesars Palace for as low as $100/night through the Spirit Air Exclusive deal. ($40 off the normal rate)You can get this discount on seven different dates in August, with additional savings on pricey nights the rest of the month. The sale still exists in September and October, too, but there aren’t as many $100 nights or cheap dates. Spirit also has an exclusive deal with The Flamingo for rooms starting at $45/night. There are only two dates at this price at the end of August, but the Spirit Exclusive also scores you rooms as low as $60 and $65 throughout August and $55-$123 throughout September.

Caveat: These rates are pre-tax and based on availability.

Why Go: As the weather cools off, hotel rates go up. These Strip deals are not only good rates, but have a fantastic location right on the “Four Corners”.

Why Not: While the Strip location is good, these cheap rates are for the cheapest rooms. You won’t be staying in a Go room, or the Augustus towers. But there’s no reason you can’t try to get a better room once you check in. Arrive early and try the $20 trick. Also, you might have to play hookie - the cheapest rates are midweek.

When: Book by August 13 for travel through October 31, 2007.
