Las Vegas: Grab a $68 room at MGM Grand & chill out at Wet Republic

It happens. Las Vegas hotels run a promotion and you can get a room on the Strip for under $75 a night. And I’m not talking about Circus Circus or the Riviera. MGM is offering the sizzling deal and it’s a hot spot right now because of its new Wet Republic pool and ultra lounge. MGM Grand is having a “10-Day Blowout” sale that’s actually nine days of rooms in May and June that are marked down to $68/night (pre-tax), plus the first weekend in June priced at $159 (Friday) and $179 (Saturday).

Deal tested: Without the promo rate, rooms at the MGM Grand are going for $90 per night on those same $68 dates. Use booking code “MKT124″ to get the low rate. For the nights of June 4-6, a room with two queen beds in the Grand Tower came to $148 after taxes.
