Good morning travelers! I hope you enjoyed your weekend.
Road Travel | Be careful, as of July 1, 2008, a police officer can pull you over for a DWT, Driving While Talking. Cellphone users will now be required to use a hands-free device. Los Angeles Times staff writer David Colker reviews a variety of wired and wireless headsets and speakerphone options for you to choose from.
Travel Website | TravelMuse announced the beta launch of its Inspiration Finder, an online travel booking assistant you won’t want to miss. Just plug in your departing airport, how much you want to spend, how far you’re willing to go from home and what kind of activities you like and TravelMuse will return vacation options for you in a neatly organized menu. It will reduce hours of aimless online research and wondering what destination will suit your needs. I’m still kicking the tires on the deals and will let you know more about what I discover. Already I love the travel magazine feel of the website versus the webby social networking feel of most other new travel sites and the fact that a lot of its editorial content (written by 50 freelancers) is fresh.
London | The Euro Cheapo blog has a post on Free London Walking Tours. Did you know that the Sandeman’s New London Tours offers free royalty tours every day May – July. There are even free tours available for Charles Dickens fans and travelers curious about Jack the Ripper.

Interesting new site in travelmuse - there are a number now who seem to be majoring on this inspiration route, I think we will see alot more coming in the future - it’s the holy grail of online travel. The only other good ones I have seen are epictrip.com, worldreviewer.com, and planeteye.com - but surely more will follow. But in the end, it will the quality of the content that will tell them apart - and travelmuse looks promising.
