Hawaii: Maui Prince Hotel Romance Package

Although Maui is the second-most popular Hawaiian island for tourists after Oahu, you can still find peace and romance at luxury hotels fronting quieter beaches. Take, for example, the Maui Prince Hotel, which sits serenely on Maluaka (aka Makena) Beach in South Maui. Book the Romance Package and get a lot of extras thrown in for the price of your room, including a convertible rental car.

Deal: Book a three-night minimum stay at the Maui Prince Hotel, and with the Romance Package, you’ll also get a Hertz convertible rental car, daily breakfast buffet for two, a dinner for two (valued at $100) and a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate-dipped strawberries on arrival. These package deals are only a few dollars more than regular rack rates for accommodations alone. Depending on which dates you travel, choose from a variety of ocean views and either a room or a suite. When booking online, enter “PACK2″ in the “Rate Code:” field for the Romance Package.

When: Rates are valid for stays through December 22nd, 2007.

Caveats: The rental car must be picked up at Kahului Airport; surcharges apply for drivers under 25.
