Flights to LAX aim to help stranded Hawaii tourists

ATA notice of shutdown at LAXTravelers stuck either in L.A. or Honolulu by the abrupt shutdown of ATA and Aloha airlines are offered three flight possibilities, the Hawaii Tourism Authority reports today.

*3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Kokua Flight 7515 leaves Honolulu bound for Los Angeles.

*11 a.m. Wednesday, Kokua Flight 7516 leaves L.A. for Honolulu.

*3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Kokua Flight 7517 leaves Honolulu for Los Angeles.

The agency also scheduled flights to and from San Francisco.

One-way flights cost $300 for coach and $400 for business class to ATA or Aloha ticketholders whose original date of travel was between April 2 and 10 and who have a record locator number and ticket number on either of those airlines.
