Fall yoga retreats in Arizona, Honduras and Hawaii

Go on and strike a pose — September is National Yoga Month, according to the National Health Information Center. If you’re an aficionado of this ages-old practice that takes many forms today, why not consider a vacation in the form of a yoga retreat this fall?

Whether you’re in it to look good, feel good and/or for more spiritual reasons, yoga can prove a great way to find relaxation, fitness, a grounded mind and renewed vigor in a getaway. That’s right, there will be no room for hangovers on one of these clean-breathing excursions, though you’re likely to see lots of yogis passed out in shavasana (the Sanskrit word for “corpse pose”).
