Come join us for an exclusive video walk-through tour inside Legoland California’s Lost Kingdom Adventure, the Carlsbad theme park’s first dark ride. (Click here to watch the video.)
During the 1½-minute video tour, narrated by yours truly and my 7-year-old daughter, Hannah, you’ll see:
* A 16-foot-tall pharaoh model made of 300,000 Lego bricks.
* The 1920s-esque ride vehicles.
* Animatronic hero Johnny Thunder, heroine Miss Pippin Read and villain Sam Sinister.
* An unwrapped mummy, a skeleton rock band and the explosive finale.
Riders on the 3½-minute interactive dark ride travel on a jeep journey through ancient temple ruins and shoot at animated targets with laser blasters.
Lost Kingdom Adventure previews today for employees and opens Monday, March 10, 2008, to the general public.
