America I AM traveling museum; Is in-flight Wi-Fi becoming a reality?

Museum News | Tavis Smiley announced the sneak preview of “America I AM: The African American Imprint ” this morning in a live webcast and simultaneous appearance on the “Tom Joyner Morning Show.” “America I AM” is a traveling museum show that opens in November and celebrates 400 years of African American contributions. There are 12 mobile galleries that can now be previewed on americaiam.org.


Airline News | Wi-Fi in the sky might truly be in our near future. Los Angeles Times staff writer Peter Pae takes a look at how a handful of airlines are planning to conduct tests of a new generation of wireless Internet equipment. Read: Airlines look to reconnect to the Web
