A wave of fall discounts at Mexico beach resorts

Your dinero will go farther this fall in Mexico with a hotel deal that offers rates as low as $77 per night at resorts in the nation’s top tourist regions. None of the hotels was damaged when Hurricane Dean blew through Mexico in August.

The deal: The special rates are available at six Fiesta Americana and Fiesta Americana Grand properties. Included are Fiesta Americana Cozumel Dive Resort (rates from $77), Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta (from $88), Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco (from $95), Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún (from $135), Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos (from $189) and Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Cancún (from $209).

Details: The fall package is available now through Dec. 21, 2007 but must be booked by Nov. 30, 2007. The special rates are subject to availability and do not include taxes.

Special offers: Some hotels have promotions to complement the main package. Some offers: Guests at the Los Cabos hotel receive a $100 spa credit and 25% off food and beverages. The Condesa Cancún has 20% off spa treatments and 25% off food and beverages. Cora Beach has 25% off food and beverages.
